Payment Options

Cash Payments

Customers are welcome to pay for their hire in cash. If you choose this payment method, please ensure you have the correct amount available, as our drivers do not carry change.

Should you require a tax invoice or receipt, please contact us after your event at info@partyhiregroup.com.au and we will be happy to provide one.

Credit Card Payments

We accept all major card types, including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

Please note that a 1.5%–2% credit card surcharge applies to all standard card transactions, and a 3.5% surcharge applies to AMEX. This fee reflects the merchant charges imposed by our payment processing provider.

To avoid this surcharge, customers may choose to pay via EFT/bank transfer or cash.

Please note:

• Credit card payments must be processed prior to delivery via our office, as our drivers do not carry merchant facilities with them.
• We do not accept credit card payments on-site on the day of your event.
• A receipt can be emailed.

If you would like to pay by credit card, simply select this option when making your booking and a member of our team will contact you to arrange payment.

EFT / Bank Transfer

Party Hire Group accepts payment via EFT, Electronic Funds Transfer, and direct bank transfer.

An invoice will be issued prior to your event, allowing you to make payment conveniently online.

To ensure your booking is confirmed and scheduled for delivery, payment must be received no later than three business days prior to your event date. If payment has not been received within this timeframe, alternative payment arrangements may be required.
